SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY 



Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us at support@greetreels.com


 


SHIPPING

For Digital Products:

We aim to deliver your order in 2-3 working days, if the order volume is high please be patient it may get delayed for a few days. We can only do a specific number of orders per day. So please wait a few days before you message us.




For psychical products:

*You'll receive an email from us once your items are despatched. This is when your delivery timescale will begin.

Please note Royal Mail advise that delivery to some remote areas of the UK, such as Northern Scotland and outlying islands may take longer than stated.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED EXPLAINED

When your parcel is despatched from us, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number & link in an email - you can use this to check the status of your Delivery.
On the morning of the day Royal Mail is due to attempt Delivery, you will also receive an email & text (if you have provided this to us) to let you know. You will receive an email/text when your parcel has been delivered. If Royal Mail cannot deliver, a missed you card will be left at your address with the next steps to arrange collection, or you can visit the Royal Mail link to arrange re-delivery or Delivery to a local post office.
Please note: Royal Mail Tracked services are only offered on parcel-sized orders.

POCESSING TIME

The processing time is the length of time we need to get an order ready to dispatch.

If an order is personalised, this will include the amount of time it takes to create the custom item. 



All of our products are made by demand and can not be shipped straight away, the custom car air fresheners needs to be printed cutted and scented. We are doing our best to dispatch your item as soon as possible.

Every psychical item will be processed, printed, and dispatched within 3-7 business days after receiving the payment.

We can not process refund orders within this time frame.

 

RETURNS


As a valued customer, we want you to be happy with what you've ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with the product(s) you've bought, then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items and digital products.

If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt, then we will happily issue a full refund, including postage and packing or an exchange.






REFUNDS

 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund within 7 working days of receipt.

Please note that we are NOT able to accept returns or refund any items that do not comply with our image guidelines. Please read that carefully before placing an order. After you have placed your order, you agreed to comply with that, and if products are made, we will not be able to refund or replace them.

Please note that we will contact you if we can identify that the image does not comply with our requirements found in the image guidelines. If we do not get a response back within 3 working days, we will proceed with the order, and we won't be able to refund if a complain appears.
